Am I Transgender? Please help!

Ok so I'm having issues I don't know if im transgender or not, and I can't seem too figure it out on my own I've tried going over it in my head a lot but I honestly just want someone who is unbiased to help me figure this out if that makes sense. So I'm 13 I was born a girl but now I'm questioning if I'm a boy? EDIT: My parents are very open about LGBTQ+ stuff they haven't made me feel bad about my body or anything like that, I'm going to keep thinking about it but don't worry I'm not going to make any sudden decision/changes until I'm older and know that I want that 100%. Any advice is much appreciated though so thank you.
