GNC lean shakes?

I'm looking to lose some weight but find it very difficult so I was gonna try GNC  lean shakes  (vanilla) because I heard some good reviews and such. Has anyone tried it?!? I was looking to get some opinions from others! Thank you ☺

I have them but it’s not that great for you. Just eat fruits and veggies, cut carbs, the slightest changes in your diet can help a ton.
