Why do I weigh so god damn much

K so somehow I weigh over 150, I’m 5 foot 8in and I feel like I look pretty skinny but wtf that’s so much.

Now I’m stressed I have like body dysmorphia and I’m secretly chubby

You’re 5’8 that means that you can carry more weight because you distribute it over your taller frame. This is why BMI is calculated buy weight and height. I am 5’4 and trust me 150 looks way different on me than it does you. Don’t stress

You are in great shape, a lot of your body weight could be in muscles because fat and muscle don’t weigh the same. I have the same problem I weigh close to 200lbs but everyone says I look 145lbs ... all depends on how much muscle you carry! Don’t worry about it you look great!!
