so I'm a FTM 40w and this morning at 3 am I woke up with painful contractions that started from my back which felt lukje it was on fire then moved go the front of my stomach and felt like period cramps. plus I lost my mucus plug this morning. I've started timing them should I go in to L&D; they are bearable but painful.
