6 Days Late Period!? Scared

Hey all. I am 23 years old with a 22 month old. I think I am 11dpo and my period is 6 days late. I have been having watery cm for a little over a week now. I haven't taken a test yet as I'm not %100 on board with this pregnancy and I am scared. The only symptom I have is sore nipples (tmi sorry 😊) and that started one day ago. My last pregnancy I had some tale tell signs but this time not so much. When should I take a pregnancy test? Is it a possibility that I am? I am very scared.
