Is it OK to lie about your due date (to everyone except your SO)?

For my next pregnancy, I'm planning on telling everyone that I'm due two or three weeks later than I actually am (everyone except for my doctor and SO of course) and then not tell anyone (except my SO) when I go into labor. Mainly because I want my privacy and late pregnancies run in my family. I'm likely to be almost two weeks late anyhow and there's nothing more srressful than friends and family asking where the baby is everyday during week 41. My question is: Is this OK? Would you lie about your due date to take stress and pressure off you and give you more privacy during delivery?
