First Dr Appt!

Okay ladies, I had my first dr appt yesterday. It’s my first time being pregnant. My dr visit went well. I had to get an annual exam with I was terrified about and I got my first ultrasound which was great. I went into the dr on cloud nine and came out with all these fears. I was given a pamphlet to read about pregnancy which was shot full of all the horrible possibilities for each trimester, labor, pp and breast feeding. I’ve been a nervous and crying wreck because I’m so terrified. None of any of that stuff came to mind until I read about it. Are these feelings normal? Can anyone say anything to help me? Also, they are making me go back next week because the baby’s heart rate was too low. It was 104. I’m six weeks two days. Is that normal too??
