Rocking chair help

So I have this rocking chair that I LOVE. It is so comfy and I used it many nights for my son and to this day, we still rock in it when he’s not feeling well or when he’s in a cuddly mood.

Now, I’m having a daughter and her room is totally different and the rocking chair needs to be reupholstered. The only place I found locally has been this man that charges $60 per cushion and that’s NOT including materials. So, to fix this rocker it’ll be $120+. With that kind of money I could just buy a whole new rocking chair but, I don’t want to.. I love this one.

So... does anyone know what kind of chair this is? So maybe I can look for replacement cushions? Or does anyone have any ideas to DIY the cushions myself? I’m horrible with sewing and ive looked for cushion covers but everything I find seems to be too small for this rocker or fits a regular chair or couch. Anyone have suggestions?? I want the cushions white TIA.
