7 weeks pregnant and noticing the light cramps more often?

I’ve had them very rarely maybe once/twice a day since i got my bfp. But I’ve noticed today they’ve happened already like three times and it’s not even 1 pm. 
It doesn’t hurt and it’s super light. Is that just a normal progression symptom ?

im 5 weeks and my cramps are not that mild and more constant but they usually go fast.. i was told it was normal, uterus stretching for our baby 😊

Cramps are normal at this stage in pregnancy. Your uterus is constantly stretching to accommodate for your growing baby. As long as they are not extremely painful and accompanied by heavy bleeding you don’t have to worry
