Gaining too much weight?!?!

I was 150 when I first got pregnant and now I’m 183 at my 30 week check up!!! I just feel like crying when I see the scale say that much😭

I was 130lbs when I first found out I was pregnant and now at 34 weeks I’m up to 185lbs. 😔

I started 156 & I’m now 195. 39lbs. My dr isn’t concerned at all. I’m almost 38 weeks. 
Varies for everyone. Does your OB seem concerned?

If it would make you feel better about the situation, maybe start watching what you eat and do some regular exercise. You will probably still gain some towards the end of your pregnancy, but it CAN be controlled via what you put into your mouth 💕
