97.69 on cycle day 28.. is this normal?? does my body produce enough progesterone or is my temp not high enough at this time?? confused!!

Everyone’s temperatures are different, so you’re more looking for a trend that your temps stay low pre-ovulation and post-ovulation, your temps are at least half a degree higher than pre-. 
Personally, my pre-ovulation temps are in the high 96’s and post-ovulation is mid-97. Very low temps and very high temps can be a sign that your thyroid isn’t working properly but I’ve had mine checked and it was great so I just run colder than average.
