Building a supply for back to work and unexpected days away
I go back to work in 2 weeks and have somewhat of a stash but i want to keep building for unexpected days I have to be away.
What works best building a better supply? Nursing one side while pumping the other or nursing and then pumping and saving the remainder for a 24 hour period and then freezing?
My little one has been back to nursing on both sides.. he nurses on one side for 20-30 mins and then about 10-20 on the other side. Thanks guys!!
