How much should my 13 week old eat??

Earlier I pumped at work four ounces total! (Which only the left side got 1 1/2oz of that) and now I’m pumping again and only am getting a total of 2oz ugh I’m so confused

To answer your question, around 1-1.5 oz for every hour you are away.
Make sure you drink lots of water. I always notice that I pump much less when I don’t drink enough.
Massage your boobs as you pump and it helps to look at a photo or video of your baby.
