HELP ME PLEASE!

Dr just called me and said I have PCOS. He said something about Rotterdam criteria? What is that? He also told me my testosterone levels were higher than woman even with PCOS. Like significantly higher... I have a lot of body hair.. facial hair.. I feel like a man knowing this.. I want to cry my eyes out... been 2 years TTC & had a miscarriage April 2017... and I guess it’s all making sense now.. will I ever get pregnant? What is the Rotterdam? I’m so lost..
