My ex husband is getting a law suit against me. He wants to take our 8 weeks old sons. This is because I am a model. He thinks that because of my life style and what I do, our son will end up idk how to put it but I guess stupid and a drug attic. With my profession I’m always busy and I have to travel sometimes. I can’t always take them with me. My one year old daughter who lives with her dad comes with me sometimes. This law suit is a risk to my career and I don’t want to lose my babies due to a petty argument.

What should I do??
