8 days late

I’m 12 years old and have had my period for over a year now and this month I was 8 days late which had never happened before ( I’m on my period now so I know I’m not pregnant plus I’m not sexually active ) I was just wondering if this could be a sign of anything ? As I said this has never happened before I have always had my period around the same day each month . Please feel free to comment anything u might think about this
