I have PCOS and had a cyst rupture a couple days ago. Still bleeding, but not sure if I have just started my AF now or if it still caused by the cyst? I am still showing several pregnancy symptoms:

Tender breast/more full/nipple change

Headaches

Nausea

Tiredness

But I am still testing and getting BFN.

I know I ovulated Friday February 2nd because I had seen my OBGYN and he is the one that told me! My fiancé and I tried that night and the day after.

Since I am now 19 dpo and still testing negative, is there no way I’m pregnant?
