How to get rid of dark hair on bikini line??

My pubic hair is black, so every time i shave you can still see the little black follicles under the skin and since I’m white it is very noticeable!! If I try to shave extra hard my skin breaks out. This is extremely frustrating especially since I’m 17 making myself too young to get a wax. Have any of you self waxed or have any other tips for this??

Used to pull hair by hair with tweezers until I got all that area lasered. it used to take so much time and used to hurt so much at first that when I got laser for the first time it wasn't so painful lol

Why is 17 too young to wax? If
You can’t go into a place to get it waxed just buy the wax strips and do it yourself. Other than waxing or laser I wouldn’t know how to get rid of the hair that you can still see after shaving
