Anyone do anything different the second time around with infertility? I had ‘unexplained infertility’ despite my history of endometriosis. Became pregnant with 1 round of Clomid and super close monitoring of ovulation. Started trying again for #2 this month.

Did anyone do anything different? I’m doing OPKs. Next month if we don’t get pregnant the first month, i already bought preseed. I did all these things the first time and it didn’t help, but i heard pregnancy actually helps eliminate endometriosis. My periods have been better and more consistent. Who knows?
