sobbing after masturbation
It's been a year since I left my ex-fiancé and I've started to sob after I jack off now. It used to be pretty random but now it's EVERY session. I feel so sad and lonely after and I don't cry when I have sex with other people.
Is there a good medical reason for this? What should I do?
