is it normal to have two periods in one month? I just started again today. (i’m on birth control if it makes a difference)

this just happens to me. how long have you been on that kind of pill? I had been on mine for almost 10 yrs and the doctor said it could happen because your body get to used to a certain kind or also I've lost 30 pounds in 6 months so she also said it could be that. don't kniw if this has helped or not
