How do you use it?

We got preseed and tried it tonight. We don’t need much moisture, just thought a little extra help wouldn’t hurt. We used it externally as lube and it got sticky pretty quick. Is it just us or the way we used it? Does it stay wetter if you use the applicator?

You’re supposed to use the applicator and insert as far as you can near the cervix 15 min before sex. I don’t think it’s actually meant as an external lube, as it’s job is to help the sperm reach the egg faster without getting stuck in other cm.

I use the applicators after I’ve had a positive opk because they only include 9. Otherwise we just use externally. 
I use 1-1.5g. I once inserted some and then we didn’t end up having sex right away and inserted more before sex and it was too much. So a little over the 1g line is good.
