Ok so just wondering if anyone has had this happen this early, my breasts have been sore for the last couple days and get worse each day but not overly then this morning at 1:30am I woke up because I was feeling sick and next thing you know I’m hanging over the toilet vomiting my guts up, my breasts are even more sore today really noticeable, I’m having lower back pain and stomach cramps. Does this sound promising.

Also took a test this morning because I was vomiting and it was a BFN but I know it’s early
