Canker sore?

Question

Is that a canker sore under my tongue? Has anyone had this before? And how does a person get a canker sore? Thank you!

It’s definitely a canker sore. I’ve gotten them my entire life. Sometimes you can get them for no reason, other times eating too much of certain things can cause them. For example, if I eat too many Sweet Tarts I will sometimes get them. They suck but they are nothing to worry about. Definitely nothing to do to the doctor for

Looks like a canker sore. My husband gets them. Try rinsing with mouthwash a couple times a day, that usually helps my husband get rid of them.

I usually get them on the line under my tongue my gosh they’re the worst I did some research on it awhile ago and they say they’re somehow related to stress I don’t know if it’s just me but I get canker sores when I’m really stressed I’ll be stressed all day and the next day wake up with one once I stopped being stressed I wouldn’t get them

Yes that’s a canker sore!  I get them when I stress out, like multiple in my mouth.  Rinse with warm water and salt to help clean it out.  Also Zilactin B from the drugstore helps with the pain.  It seals the sore with a protective layer so it doesn’t get aggravated.

It's absolutely a canker sore. I get them all the time, always have. Usually when the ph of my mouth is off from eating too much citrus (acidic). It'll go away on its own.

i get them on the roof of my mouth. sea salt and warm water and swoosh it around, or you could wet your finger and coat it in sea salt and press it against it. the salt cleans them out and gets rid of them faster (at least for me lol)  i get them if i eat too many spits or salt & vinegar chips. (which are both my FAVORITE so it sucks lol)

It’s just a canker sore and you get them from the irritation of a cut in your mouth stay away from acidic food and it’ll heal on its own I get them sometimes too
