need help

hello ladies, I'm TTC my first👶 and I need some help. I am 3 days late for af and I'm not normally this late. I'll have tummy cramps here and there bit not like a period cramp. my dog has been by my side the past 2 days. yesterday he slept near the bottom of my belly. my belly is kinda hard bit soft an the same time. I've been very moody today, I've wanted to just sit and cry a few times at work and when I go home. I've been short of breath a few times and my lower back starts to hurt a little bit today. I eat what I normally eat, just more of it. should I take a test or wait a little longer since it's a short month? I need help🙍
