Weird skin?!😧

So yesterday I found these two weird spots on my left arm that looked like a bruise, but don’t remember doing anything that would’ve caused a bruise. Today, I found another spot that looks the same. I went to scratch one of the spots just to see what would happen, and the skin came off really easily, in small flakes. Then the skin would become pink. I don’t know what on earth this could be, and I’m starting to get concerned. Mom says it might be a case of dermatitis and told me to put some prescription cortisone on it, which I did.
