CAN I EAT DIP?? - AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Question

I see so many conflicting answers online. 
- no can’t eat dip cause of cream cheese
- cream cheese in Australia is pasteurised 
- no can’t eat it in case it isn’t pasteurised 
- some packaged dips are okay. Check label
- label doesn’t say anything!!
Someone help meeeee. I love French onion dip and wanna know if I can have it or not 😭😭

As far as I’m aware it’s illegal to sell anything unpasteurised in Australia

I also live in Australia and yes you can eat dips from the supermarket. From what I'm aware they're all pasteurized. I've been eating dips (especially humus) my entire pregnancy, I'm 40+4 weeks with a healthy baby.
