I suppose it could if you're sleeping with it between your legs. Otherwise, it probably wouldn't make that much of a difference, but you gotta remember that your bbt goes up when you're most fertile. So technically, if you use a heating blanket and it causes your temperature to go up, it doesn't mean that you're fertile. It just means that you probably got a little too hot! Lol!

If you don’t normally have one and then you have one in all night it will keep your body temp up higher than it may be without. Same as if it’s extra cold and you’re not warm enough. It’s a fine frustrating balance
