Shortness of breath during PMS?

Hi there - does anyone else experience shortness of breath during PMS/period? I’m due to get my period this weekend and I’ve been getting winded and dizzy even walking up my steps at home!

I never thought of it as a possible pms symptom but now that you point it out it sounds familiar. Still, maybe check your hemoglobin levels? I am usually quite anemic when I get winded like that.

I’ve had the same - I started getting breathless and dizzy just stood still talking to a colleague the other day. Not sure what it’s all about!
