UPDATE! I'm in desperate need of advice!

Ana

hello everyone! I'm from Argentina and deeply fell in love with my American boyfriend. We decided to have a baby thinking immigration would be easier...now I'm 4 months pregnant and everything I read on the web about immigrating to the US just depresses me more and more. I wouldn't mind staying in Argentina, but he doesn't speak a word in English and he has a good job there, I know he would move here if I asked him, but I also know he would be miserable without a job and not being able to communicate. So I agreed to move there, I speak English fluently and I have better chances of finding a job (I have a college degree in teaching) or that's what I thought. I haven't found anyone willing to be a sponsor for a work visa. I can still travel there with a tourist visa, but I can only stay for 3 months. We've considered a fiance visa (although it's gonna take a while and I might end up having my baby here before the visa arrives.

I'm desperate and running out of options! If anyone has any experience in this topic I beg you for your help! I'm losing all hope...

Oh and I want to do things by the book because I wanna be able to visit my family in Argentina once in a while and be able to return to the states without a problem.

PLEASE HELP!!!

UPDATE:

So we talked to a lawyer and the only way for me to stay there legally is getting married which was what we were going to do eventually. Now we'll have to hurry and have a simple court wedding and I'll be looking huge with my pregnant belly =( I wasn't expecting a big ceremony, but neither to rush into it...

we're getting married in New Jersey, does anyone know if I need any other important paper besides my passport and birth certificate? I don't wanna be surprised at the last minute with something else I can't get online...

And can anyone recommend a way to turn it into a special day? we can't afford much because we're saving for our baby who will be born in july and we have to take into account hospital expenses because I have no health insurance. If someone has an idea of how much birth is gonna cost us I'd be really thankful too!!
