Diet changes for PCOS

I’m somewhat new to PCOS but I did want to share something I’ve learned and see if this is working for other people. I was diagnosed in January but at the beginning of December I changed my diet. Since then I’ve lost 10 pounds, by cutting out red meat and lowering my dairy intake.

I highly recommend switching to a milk alternative immediately. Keeping cheese intake to a minimum, cutting red meat, and if you can cutting all meat. Those first steps have helped me feel so much better.

Also, I advice adding some ginger, moringa, and soursop tea to your mornings.
