Any morning sickness tips?

I’m 7 weeks 5 days, and I’ve been bed-ridden since the beginning of the week.

I can’t eat anything without getting nauseous. Not even easy stuff like plain goldfish, bread, nothing😩 I feel weak.

I had really bad nausea with my last pregnancy and nothing really worked then either.. I tried sea bands, ginger tea, peppermint, sooo many different things.

I need to eat, I’m starving, I just can’t keep my stomach from turning. A lot of smells make me nauseous as well, then make me not want to eat because of it.

I need tips!!!
