anyone ever had these? I’m starting to think it’s hormonal(not always, just my case) because i was on the pill for 5 months or so and never had an episode, this month i’m off of it because i got the IUD and i started getting the burps last night. Just burpy and gassy, thank god, usually it’s much worse. Yogurt is the only thing that helps. But yeah, really thinking it’s hormonal because one time before i wasn’t on the pill and i got them really soon after going off of them.
