Help me please!

I’ve had 5 periods since December 31st and they’ve all lasted a few days.. my periods irregularity has happened since coming off the injection two years ago this year... is this normal? I thought they were supposed to go back to normal within a few months NOT years!

Also the cramps I get with them are unbearable and I never ever got cramps before going on the injection. I’m getting so frustrated coming on my period every other day☹️ btw I’m 19, 20 this year, is this normal?
