Faint line.... could this be my rainbow baby?

I had my first miscarriage in November 2017. My daughter and I both were so devastated. She can't wait to be a big sister. My last post I was requesting some prayers because I had realized that if I got pregnant soon my expected due date would be close to my best friends birthday November 7th..... my best friend lost her life in a car accident years ago. If my rainbow babies due date would land on her birthday I thought that would be a true blessing. Well I took a pregnancy test today and I saw a faint line! Based on my last period on January 31st that puts my expected due date on November 7th! What do you all think? Could this be my rainbow baby?
