Possible sign of pregnancy?

Is acid reflux a sign of possible pregnancy?
I’ve never experienced it before until now and it’s killing me 😞

YES .. omg yes!! Ok so I didn’t even know I was pregnant last year.. I had such bad heart burn and didn’t even know what it was until I went to the doctor and she’s like when’s the last day of your period.. I told her I haven’t had one in months because I got off BC and she’s like ok well let’s test just in case .. I explain my symptoms and she says it’s prob acid reflux .. she goes to check and within 1 min she comes in and she’s like hunny.. you’re pregnant .. I freaked the hell out!! I had no morning sickness nothing! just heart burn.. turns out I was 11 weeks pregnant 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. Didn’t have the baby.. ( personal reasons) No it wasn’t an abortion.
