Is it hard to conceive with one Fallopian tube ?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in November had the surgery in December I have one Fallopian tube unfortunately. Is it hard to conceive with just one tube?

It is harder yes, but not impossible. You will ovulate from either side but if you don’t have a Fallopian tube on the side is egg is coming from it has no where to go and the sperm have no way to get to it. But you still have the other side.

I lost my right tube due to an ectopic. I’ve been trying to conceive for 6 months now... hopefully it happens soon😩 baby dust to you!
