is this normal?

went for 7 week ultra sound . doc said measuring 5 weeks 6 days.saw sac with something in there, didn't listen to heart beat hcg levels taken that day was 26,250 . is this normal ? have to go back next week for ultra sound and see if there heart beat. is there reason to be concern??

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. I went in at 7 weeks but was measuring 5 weeks, 6 days. They saw a sac but no heartbeat. I thought for sure the pregnancy wasn’t viable. Thankfully my husband is an X-ray tech and we were able to get in to the hospital for a better ultrasound and saw a TINY flickering heartbeat. My OB office equipment couldn’t pick it up. I’m now 17 weeks.

I went in for my 8w appt, they said I was measuring 7w1d and they found the heartbeat. At my 5w appt they could only see the yolk sack. Most nerve-racking 2 week wait ever
