If primrose oil helped, how long was you using it until labour started?

Please, do not use castor oil. It is extremely dangerous and not worth the risk to your baby. Walking, a birthing ball and sex are natural alternatives but baby will come when he or she is ready.

SEX! you gotta get that baby out how you put em in 😂 seriously though with my first I bounced on my ball, had sex, and ate pineapple during the full moon and my water broke the next day. With my second, I has sex during the full moon and my water broke 20 mins later! 😂

I used EPO for my first pregnancy and still ended up being induced at 41 weeks. Nothing will put you into labor if baby doesn’t want to come out yet.

I started EPO at 36 weeks on capsule vaginally a night and at 37 increased to 2 capsules per night to help my cervix ripen. Then at 38 weeks I took castor oil and a few hour later my water broke and 4 hours after they I was holding baby. I believe the EPO is something that helped me have a quick first delivery. Many of my fellow nurses and a couple docs that I work with suggested castor oil to me because it helped them.

Baby 1 took castor oil in the morning, walked, bounced on a ball that night started contractions. Baby 2 took walked and bounced on a ball, took castor oil and 4 hours later water broke.
