Weird dream

So about 2 weeks ago I got the nexplanon implant and so far it’s alright but I can’t give much feedback because it’s still early to tell. But just last night I had the weirdest dream! I dreamt that my implant was coming out and I kept pushing it back in and it hurt😭. Idk why but I woke up scared and the first thing I checked was my arm and everything was fine. But could that possibly mean anything???
