6:30-630 every day. She put herself on this scheduled. I tried to do 7-7 but she just couldn't stay awake till 7. It's so nice to have the evenings child free

My tiny demon goes to bed at 11:30 and wakes up at 8:30, he’s always been a baby that didn’t require a ton of sleep. His father and I were both like that when we were younger too, to hear our parents tell it. He takes a 3 hour nap mid day and is always in a fantastic mood so, whatever!

I usually start getting my son ( he is three) ready for bed by 8:30 try to get him asleep by 9-9:30 which is not the case sometimes but he wakes up at 8-9.

i always put my children to bed around 9-10. its nice when they sleep in late on weekends lol. my 9 month old i try to get to sleep around 10-11, but shes a baby so can't force her to lay there and sleep lol, but she does sleep in til like 10 ir later the next day. she loves sleeping.
