PCOS diet tips?
So I’ve heard that a change in diet can help with managing PCOS but I have absolutely no clue where to start! My current diet is I basically eat whatever I want but my portion sizes are small and I try my best to not have to much sugar (but we all know that goes out the window when the period happens😂😂) I love meat so being a vegetarian is out of the question lol. Help?!
