Does baby look like he has Down Syndrome?

At 25 week check up, I was looking at the ultrasound we received, photo is obviously not that great but I couldn't help but notice the features of the baby look Like he has Down syndrome. The doctor also mentioned He also has one kidney bigger with fluid in it....Any opinions? Please!

My little pumpkin is negative for downs, but also has the enlarged kidney issue. We’re checking back on the kidney next week, but I’d definitely say those two things are unrelated

They can only tell you possibilities by ultrasound or by chance if the baby might . They cannot 100% say anything through an ultrasound and no one here is a doctor if your doctor is concerned he/she will send you for more testing and let u know :)
