So I have been cramping bad off an on for the past three days started getting nausea and getting dizzy my cm has been watery and clear for the past three days now today its like this creamy and white and thick (picture don't do justice) I've had mostly every pregnancy symptom I'm the book took a test today and nothing... Could I be pregnant.... Please share your thoughts.
