12dpo is this implantation bleeding?

I’m 12dpo & my period is expected Sunday. For the past week or so now I’ve had sore/heavy breasts, frequent headaches, dizziness, slight nausea and also have been cramping but not as extreme as my period cramps. Yesterday when I went to wipe I had pinkish discharge and today it was still light but a little brighter only shows when I wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding?
