Sorry girls for this but really need some advice as i am so so worried. I'm roughly about 4 weeks pregnant and have been having brown discharge for about 4 days. yesterday and today I noticed it got heavier and today even more so. I'm so worried and scared of losing this baby. I went to the early pregnancy clinic but they can't scan me until I'm at least 6 weeks so have to wait 2 more weeks. Is it normal for this to happen wen i wipe ?

UPDATE Was at hospital and it's looking very like a miscarriage.. totally devastated 😭😭
