Help! I can feel my menstrual cup's "stem" in my underwear... is this normal?

A lot of people trim the stem so its not as long. I could feel mine when I first got it then i cut it off so I don’t feel it anymore

I trimmed the stem of mine so it was long enough to grasp but didn't stick out as dae. but the cup also might not be far enough up or is the wrong style for you
