hi to make this short and sweet I was diagnosed with a small subchorionic hematoma on Wednesday due to brown spotting. I got the ultrasound and saw babies heartbeats and they put me on pelvic rest and light duty. Everything was fine, no more spotting. I woke up at 2 am to pee as usual and I wiped and there was red blood. I woke up again at 6:30 and there was now brown blood. I called my OB but the answering machine said to call at 8. Is this normal? Is the hematoma making its way out or should I be just going to the emergency room?

This is my first pregnancy, twins at that, so I’m looking for advice as I don’t wanna go in for nothing.
