Sensitive nipples baby #2?

Hey y'all so I ovulated a few days ago I think and last night I got some cramps that were pretty bad as well as sensitive nipples. AF isn't due for about 12 days. When is the earliest I can test with First response and did anyone have this with their second?

the same thing happened to me. 3 days b4 af i was cramping and nipples were sensitive. i does stupid early preg test and it was negative. then i tested at the MD office after i was 4 days late and bam positive. This is after ttc for 3 years. so wait at least 3 days after af is due then test again.
