Ovary pressure

Let me start off by saying I have no idea where I am in my cycle. I've been on meds to quiet my ovaries for 3 months now. I was feeling pretty good till a few days ago. I've been experiencing ovarian pressure, nausea, super gassy (all not normal for me)and back pain. I'm not sure why I'd feel my ovaries when they should be suppressed. Any thoughts?
